So we rushed home to cold Minnesota to find spring had not sprung yet and at least two weeks plus of yard work lay ahead. Izzy went wild with her new freedom (fenced yard) and hikes in the nearby fields. We got back into our routine of waiting for the school bus in the morning with Georgia, cleaning and planting gardens - too cold to put dock and boats in, but lots of raking and tree trimming to be done. May flew by- the dock and boats barely got in by Memorial Day. Cooper graduated from pre-school, (are you kidding me - what a racket - do they just sit around thinking up ways to get money from grandparents!) Izzy turned 7 months and is closing in on 70 lbs.
Izzy (on the right) with her sister Kelly who lives next door and our granddog Tucker who lives next door on the other side having a playdate (I know it's all very confusing).
Georgia & Cooper helping Pops plant the vegetable garden - it's all fun till the weeding begins.
Cooper's graduation from Pre-School - thank goodness he passed!!
Spring is trying to sprung.
